Holiday Angels Bless Transplant Families Transplant Foundation’s Holiday Angels Program has been done for many years and it involves you, the transplant community, adopting transplant families in need. What is special about this program, is that we connect our Holiday Angel with the transplant family and they, in turn, buy items and deliver gifts directly to their adopted family. You have that personal connection with the family and see for yourself where your gifts are going. This year’s program has surpassed any goal with 62 families being adopted.
