The "Donate Organs...Pass it On" license plate was created to benefit all Florida residents. Our mission is to continue to pursue research, patient services and education to increase organ donation in our state. Transplant Foundation Inc. distributes the funds raised from the "Donate Organs-Pass it On" license plate to eligible transplant related non profits.
